Refund policy

Every product sold by Conduits of Grace is “custom-made to order” which means it is manufactured for you once your Order has been placed. For this reason, Conduits of Grace cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges. If you made a mistake with your Order, please reach out to hello@conduitsofgrace.com within 24 hours of when your Order was placed. If the manufacturing process has begun, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations to your Order.

Please inspect your order upon reception and, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact hello@conduitsofgrace.com immediately so that we can make it right! We require that high quality photos of the issue be sent within three (3) business days of your Order’s arrival. In cases where one or more product(s) is materially damaged, Conduits of Grace may elect to replace the damaged product(s) in Conduit of Grace’s sole discretion.
